Jerry Johnson

Jerry was raised in the Chicagoland area.  As a teenager, he moved to Central Florida with his family where he met and married his wife Ruth.  They have two adult children and two grandchildren who are regular attendees at Trinity.  Jerry serves the Church in multiple capacities.  He is an Associate in Ministry, Synodical Deacon, Treasurer of the Florida-Bahamas Synod and Associate Vice President of the Mission Investment Fund of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  In addition to those services, he also ministers to the people of Trinity Lutheran Church as Director of our reSource Service.  It is in this weekly worship that he is able to share his musical gifts and lead God's people in praise in a contemporary and liturgically relevant style.
